It's easy to shop on our site! You can find any product by using one of the six different methods.
Search Box
Search for products by inputting the Key Words such like the Brand/Product name or Motorcycle Manufacturer/Model which adapts them, then the corresponding products will be displayed.
By specifying more detailed conditions for searching, you can narrow down the corresponding products. You can search for products from the Keywords/Brands/Price Range section.
You can look for products by searching for your own motorcycle. The corresponding products will be displayed by Manufacturer/Displacement/Motorcycle Model.
When the products are already determined, you can search for them by the brand name. The brand name is displayed in alphabetical order. Choosing either of them, the products will be displayed.
You can search for the products from the Accessories Category. Choosing either of them, the corresponding products will be displayed.
When you can't locate a product or you would like to get more information about a specific product, please e-mail us at th_info@webike.net..
You will now be able to obtain related latest information about your bike. *This service is only available to registered Webike Japan members.
If you are interested in a certain vehicle make, you can click the [HERE] button located on the top of that bike's page and receive unique information on that particular vehicle make. You will be able to ;
- Receive exclusive newsletters on that model
- View press releases on that model
- Useful information about your bike will be available
- Be introduced to product reviews on that model
- Be introduced to products that are compatible with your bike
You are allowed to select multiple vehicle types. By all means, please select your bike!

How to opt out of vehicle notifications
If you no longer wish to receive information on a particular bike, please take a look at that bike's product page.
After you click the "Don't need information on MONKEY? Click here" button, you will no longer receive information on that particular bike.
For each item available at Webike Thailand, the retail price displayed is in Thai Baht. The item price does not include shipping charges. Please make sure to place your order online. Before you complete your order, you will be able to see the order details including the shipping charges.
Other currencies
For your reference, we also display the item price in other currencies. It is calculated at the exchange rate of the day.
* The exchange rate may differ from the actual rate.
* We issue a coupon which may say "certain percentage off" for designated brands or products. This will not change the value of the product such will not be deducted from each product on the invoice, but will deduct from "subtotal(add up of total price of items and possibly shipping fee)". This discount price is will not change the value of paid price, but will compensate by Webike Thailand. Please note that you may be asked to pay for tax or necessary charge against the price of the products that are not discounted.
* If you are receiving your product outside of Japan, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes at the time of delivery in each customer's country of residence. These and any additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility. In that case, applicable fees and taxes are to be paid by the addressee.
Most of the items displayed on our website are not in our stock.
We place an order to the manufacturer after having an order from our customers. Therefore, please understand that it will take a few days to check and reply to you whether the manufacturer has it on stock or not.
You can see the "usually ship within …." message on the each items screen. This applies only if the manufacturer has the item(s) in stock. The accurate shipping date will be notified to the customer via e-mail. Please note that we are continuing your order if the item(s) you have ordered will arrive to our warehouse within a month (excluding weekends). As Webike quote to manufacturer, we will ask our customer if they wish to continue their order that will take more then a month to arrive to our warehouse, such called "Back order". One you agree to continue your back order, we can not cancel them for any reason.
We do accept the cancellation of the items only if they don't say "it can't be cancelled after placing an order". If the item(s) has not been shipped, please let us know and we will make an refund within 24 hours after accepting your cancellation. If the item(s) has already been shipped to you, simply return the item, and we will refund the purchased price (shipping fee is non-refundable). Please see our Return Policy page for details.
Add an item to the shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button on product's page. You can view items in your shopping cart at any time by clicking on "Cart" located at upper right corner of our website.
Deleting Items
You can delete items you don’t want to order from your shopping cart by clicking on "Delete" button.
Changing Quantity of Items
The quantity of each item in the shopping cart can be changed by editing the number of items and clicking the "Update" button. You may delete, add or change items only before proceeding to order. We can not accept any changes or additions of items after your order has been placed.
Please understand that we cancel your order for various reasons. We make the refund as we cancel your order and you will receive your balance back as same as the payment method from you to Webike Thailand.Please understand that we are refunding the full amount of the item returned in Thai Baht and we are not responsible for money lost or gained due to the transaction

Any handling fee charged by the credit/debit card for your transaction are to be paid by the customer and Webike is not in responsible for any loss due to cancelling your order.
You may come against an error when you proceed to purchasing the items. This occurs when your credit card can not be used or account's balance is short.
Please check your account and place an order again.
We may put your order on hold if the order is too expensive or if we believe your order is unauthorized. If we are to send the confirmation mail and ask you something about your order, please reply to the e-mail, otherwise we may cancel the order.
You can check on the status of all your orders in My Account.

We may combine all the orders in progress in one package, if necessary. Please understand that we will not be in responsible for customs or any tax you may need to pay to receive the item.
We are sorry to inform you that you cannot add or modify products if once you place an order due to our system circumstances.
If you would like to add products or modify your order after it has been placed, please choose from the following methods below.
1.Cancel your order once, and place another order for all of the products that you would like to purchase. (At the time of your cancellation, there is a possibility that the original shipping cost can not be returned).
2.Place another order for the products that you would like to add. (We will not be able to combine the shipment).
If your order has not already been delivered, or is not on its way to being delivered, we can cancel it. Should you decide to cancel your order, please immediately contact th_info@webike.net. with your order number.
If you would like to change the product for other merchandise, simply cancel the whole order and place a new order after we accept the cancellation.
If your order has already been processed, it may be too late to cancel the shipment. Unfortunately, we can not allow you to cancel and the original shipping cost is not refundable.
Wholesale member can NOT cancel their order under his/her circumstance once the order has been placed.

International customers are considered importers and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the orders are received. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once the package reaches your country. If that happens, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We cannot predict or control what these charges may be, as they vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information. Also, we are required to show the accurate value of the items directly on the package.
Clearance Fee
In some countries, couriers may charge clearance fees independently from the customs duty for processing the packages through the customs. For more information on what these fees might be, please contact the post office of the country in which you are receiving your order.

Delivery confirmation: After you place an order we will send inquiry to manufacturer for product available checking and confirm to you about 1-2 working days (it will be postponed in case of weekend and holiday).

Delivery:

1. Single item of order: estimate delivery date of imported item will be 5-7 working days (in case of no item in stock we will inform to you again by e-mail) and about 3-5 working days of estimate delivery date for Thailand local product (in case of no item in stock we will inform to you again by e-mail). 2. Various item for an order: we will not separate delivery order but we wait untill the longest lead time item arrive us if more than 30 days of each item production you are allowed to cancel for each item.

Payment:

1. Incase of credit and debit card we will reserve total balance of your order at our Payment Gateway Company (2C2P) and when your order has been confirmed for delivery date we will collect your balance to our account.
2. For Bank transfer order after we already confirm delivery date with our customer we will inform customer to transfer money to our account and we will not allow for refund except more than 30 days of production, damage by delivery and incorrect product specification.

Remark:

Regarding to your order if there is (are) more than 30 days of production item(s) you are allowed to cancel only long time item(s) and we will deduct partial balance of long lead time item(s).
If you want to cancel entire of order we will review and process to refund as same as your payment method to Webike Thailand regarding to "In stock" item the delivery time will be processed on order and delivery date confirmation.
If your order item is "not in stock" the delivery date is only "Estimate Date" the manufacturer will process more than appointment date.

Article 1 Customer contact method

2. Webike Thailand will send e-mail to you inbox if your e-mail software, anti-virus software prefer Webike Thailand's mail is SPAM or another case you can not receive our e-mail we will not accept to response any lost
3. Please check you logged-in Webike Thailand website e-mail address if it incorrect or not matched you might lost Webike Thailand's notification(s)

Article 2 Sale and Purchase agreement

1. After your order has been confirmed the agreement will established we will send you an e-mail for "Order Confirmation" with detail of your order

2. Order Cancellation
"You are allowed to cancel you order after Webike Thailand review

After your order has been cancelled your order confrimation and agreement will be cancelled automatically.

Your order should be cancelled in advance as below conditions"
■ Unable to deduct the total from your given credit / debit card
■ Any suspecious in your personal information
■ Any items that are not available due to out of stock, long lead time or discontinued.
■ In case of the company cannot contact customers or does not receive a confirmation from customers.
■ Customers have not finish the transaction in the given period.

3. Return
Please attach images of product you wish to return to us and specify each one by their product number (in case of more tham one product).
After complete return form, we will review your request and inform you of the result in 3 business days. Should we need any further information, we will request you by email.
Please send a request for return within 7 days after receiving your produt and within 7 days after receiving our confirmation for a return.
Please note that all returned product must remain 100% in condition. Any invoice, delivery note or gift must be return as proof of purchasing from Webike Thailand.
Any shipping fee for your returned product will be refunded unless the reason of return is due to personal factors.
We may deduct your total for inter-regional fund transfer due to personal factors return.
1. Used or installed product cannot be returned.
2. Please return all component (screw, sticker, gift) along with your returned product. An incomplete set will not be refunded.
3. Any returned product without confirmation from Webike Thailand will not be denied.
4. Any custom or modified product cannot be returned.

Webike Thailand will not allow a return if the product matches these following condition.
■ Closeout or bargain product.
■ Defective product discount.
■ Genuine parts (OEM).
■ Already mounted or installed.
■ Damaged packaging.
■ No delivery note and invoice.
■ Stained product.
■ Books, DVD etc.
■ Only the partial of its set is left for return.
■ Webike Thailand has informed through website that the item cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled.
■ Others that Webike Thailand considers as unsellable product.

2. Replacement for defective item
1. We will allow a return in case of our mistake by send wrong size or colour, which we will send a correct replacement as soon as possible. However, it cannot be replaced with a different item.
2. In case of any damage on the item. It will be replaced only the damaged part or whole.
3. The manufacturer may need to produce a new replacement which will take some time before being able to ship.
4. In case of the replacement is unavailable due to out of stock, long lead time or discontinued. The company will make a refund for only the specific item. (The company will send a notification by email to confirm of this matter.)
5. The company will only allow a return according to our and manufacturer's consideration.

3. Refund
1. Refund process will be initiated after the returned product has been checked and investigated. This process may take upto 7 business days.
2. Any refund on credit / debit card users that the amount has been deducted after confirmation of your order will be done within 5-7 business days.
3. If any points or coupons were used on your order. The company will reissue them with an extension of expiry date according to what is left on the day you use them.

4. Pricing

"1. Price shown on the website is automatically converted from Japanese Yen. There may be some slight change during the day.
Please note that any items in your shopping cart are subject to change their price due to exchange rate and promotion."
2. Any order that has error in pricing due to human or systematic error will be put on hold. The company will contact customers to inform of the error and ask for any additional payment that may have.

5. Shipping Fee

1. Shipping fee is for a delivery from Webike Thailand to domestic destination which costs 100 THB to one order.

6. Delivery

1. Delivery date shown in website is only an estimate shipping date. In case of none stock item, please use 'estimate shipping date' to check the lead time with manufacturer before placing an order.
2. Due to the majority of item in the website needs to be ordered from manufacturer, there may be discontinued item or made to order item. The company will notify customers before processing the entire order.

7. Invoice

1. Any item purchased from our website will be shown in an invoice according to the actual price of each product. VAT is already included in this price.
2. The company will issue one invoice to one order.
3. Please keep the invoice as a proof in case of returning or refund.

8. Disclaimer

1. The company will cancel the order in case of item out of stock and the next delivery date is unfixed or any discontinued item.
2. Due to the vast majority of our items are imported from other country, there may be an error on translation or provided pictures. Please inquire us on any item before placing an order.
"3. Any displayed pictures are included with customer's own picture. There may be changes in the item as it gets customized.
Please note that the company will only use product part number and picture as a reference when placing an order to the manufacturer."

"6. In case of any lost item / package during delivery or delay. The company will initiate an investigation before confirming a new order to the manufacture as a replacement.
Please note that an investigation may take upto 30 days."
7. All above disclaimers cover any item import to Thailand as well as export to any other countries.

Orders from registered customers on thai.webike.net are bound by a contract that is subject to our terms & conditions and Thai Laws on Specified Commercial Transactions.

All contents on the WEBIKE website are protected by intellectual property rights. Our registered users are prohibited from duplicating or using the contents of this Website outside the limits of use stipulated by the Copyright Law, except upon receiving prior approval from the copyright holder.
